Hi, I just signed up, and I have some ideas for characters (one male, one female, is that okay?). Only catch is, I'm finishing my university diploma in these months so I'll be quite busy for the next two months. Is it okay if I keep lurking around here? Your holt appealed to me

Hi, Viola, and welcome! Yes, you are most welcome to lurk until you finish your degree! Believe me, I really understand where you are. I work full time, and I go to college full time. I'm hoping to graduate with my bachelor's in December 2009, but we'll see! Two elves are also perfectly fine. I have four myself! We're hoping to keep things pretty low stress here. We're also just getting started. Once we get a two or three more members with characters, we'll start the first themed RP - which will basically be Chieftess Stormfire's group splitting from the main tribe and beginning their journey. We have a couple of adventures to encounter along the way before they reach the end. So, what are you getting your degree in?

Hi, Viola! Welcome! I understand all about degree demands. Feel free to hang out, and jump in when you're ready. We're working to bring more people in, so it won't be so quiet around here. And to echo Anna, what are you studying?

I'm studying History... I've mostly followed courses which dealt with the political and military developments of Early Modern Europe and next to that, with the history of the US. Here's hope that I can enroll in the master program of American Studies in February I'm going to try and see if I can get some people to join by emailing some of my own holt members That beats preparing a presentation

Oh, wonderful, and thank you! Word of mouth will always be the best form of advertisement. I've always enjoyed history, and for a while thought of going for a degree in history. I wish the history classes that were required in the general eds and been less an overview and more in-depth. Maybe one day, for the sheer fun and "I want to" of it. For now, I'm focused on getting a bachelor's in business.

Well, actually, I started history for the fun of it. I broke off three studies before and I wanted to get a diploma somehow, so I decided I wanted to do something that I really liked. I really don't know what I'm going to do with it later on, but at least I'll have a diploma

Heya! Finally have some time to do a proper introduction. As said, I'm a history student, hoping to finish it in the first week of November. Apart from that, I sing in two bands of which one has a record contract (whee!). I live in the Netherlands, in the center of the country (Utrecht). Oh! Btw, my real name is not Viola, but Linda. But as I have a boyfriend who is already complaining I spend too much time behind the computer for Elfquest business, I'm in hiding I run my own holt called Mist Valley Holt, which can be found at www.losteuphoria.com/mistvalley (so if you have any questions, shoot and I play in a few others, amongst them the very busy Shadow Wood Holt and Thunderwater Holt. I also draw... when I have time, but sadly, lately it hasn't come to that. Maybe in November again. What's more.. I have a boyfriend with whom I live together, and a cat named Pim
