Do you mean in your writing ability/style, or in growing the character from where they are now to where you want them to be?
If you mean growing them to some goal, what do you want that goal to be?

Well, I've noted one thing that makes things a little confusing. Some of your posts conflict with information provided in previous posts or the general setting description, so it's kinda hard to maintain continuity.
So I guess the most obvious area for improvement that I can see right now is just a need to more thoroughly read previous posts and setting descriptions before formulating your own posts.
