When Cutter cuts open the Preserver coccoon in Captives of Blue Mountain, Leetah speaks his soulname and the kids were right there beside her when she did. Then she saw Skywise and was appalled she'd been so careless to speak it where someone other than their family could hear. That's when we first found out that Skywise and Cutter already knew each other's soulnames.

And I'm guessing that Skywise didn't know it at Cutter's birth, because there was no mention of that in the issue where he killed the snake just as Cutter was birthed. I can't remember which series or title it was now....

And the clothes design is only if you want to. I tend to be a little uncreative in that regard, so I'll cheat any way I can.

I think it was somewhere in the Wolfrider issue that Cutter and Skywise had a heated argument, during which they discover each other's soulnames.

Didn't Zarhan Fastfire hear Rahnee's name in the womb? It's practically Recognition...

We're not really paying much attention to the BoTC anthologies. A lot of the stories in them seemed to directly contradict interviews and canon as established by the Pini's themselves. Quite simply, I just don't trust how 'true' to the spirit of EQ they are and it's just much, much easier to maintain consistency if we only apply the Pini-view to the setting before we start making our little unique fidges.
